Client Partner, Named Accounts North America, Technology & Data Services Business

Job Duties:
Strategic, Sales, Business Development and Client engagement role with focused responsibilities to manage and grow revenue from named accounts for Technology & Data Services Business Unit (BU) of Techsol Life Sciences. The position is responsible for managing the senior-level client relationships, customer satisfaction and the overall client relationships
across North America geography. Our Technology & Data Services BU partners with leading Biopharma and Medical Device companies in their digital transformation journey and supports in the compliance management across process verticals such as Pharmacovigilance (primary), Clinical, Quality, Regulatory, Lab, Manufacturing etc. offering System Integration, Cloud platform Services, Data Management, Validation/ Assurance etc.
- Establish and execute comprehensive account management for the accounts managed. Ensure appropriate strategy/solution is proposed to customer. Monitor actions and results against plans.
- Achieving agreed upon long-term and short-term targets across named accounts. Creating and implementing appropriate strategies for comprehensive sales success in the assigned accounts
- Prospecting with the goal of establishing a pipeline of sales opportunities and RFPs from named accounts; suitably qualified for competitive advantage, timing, budget and decision making
- Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and develop in-depth knowledge of the goals of the customer organization. Nurture, identify and respond to customer needs to define potential opportunities.
- Lead the proposal development process for all opportunities and the assigned team to ensure that the strategy, budget and proposal language and timelines matches the expectations of the client as identified through extensive interactions with clients
- Represent the company and support brand building as required, including attendance of important Life Sciences and Pharmaceutical Industry events, conferences and public meetings
- Evaluate and establish strategic channels and partnerships with like-minded companies in the industry. Nurture partnerships and align corporate goals to achieve short term and long-term revenue and value creation goals
- Effective co-ordination and serve as a liaison point between the client, partner, and delivery teams. Liaison with client’s payable team as needed for collections • Record all customer sales related activities in the CRM system. Prepare and present sales activity report periodically.
- Reports to Head of Sales & Client Partner of North America & Europe. Works closely with and present the progress periodically to Business Unit Head and CEO of the company • Up to 40% or more travel is estimated in CY2026 across North America.
Job Qualification:
- Must have had a successful client partner, sales and business development career and hands-on experience for 5 or more years in an established North America focused Life Sciences (Biopharma and Medical Device) focused services/ solutions company. Expert level understanding and proven success in positioning and selling Pharmacovigilance solutions is a major plus.
