Upon completion of the action item by all respective CGs/CMOs, or partners in the Collaboration Portal, all the responses / approvals provided will be aggregated into your QMS and the workflow moves forward.

Managing and tracking approvals from multiple CGs/CMOs, or partners at a time can be a daunting task, particularly when the timelines are stringent.
Collaboration Portal provides you real-time visibility and allows you to track the number of completed and pending action items for each of the quality event.
The solution comes with an in-built dashboard to monitor KPIs such as number of action items completed / pending for each quality event, that can be further categorized based on the CGs/CMOs, or partners.
